It is considered to be the area from West End Ave. the northern boundary area to Wertheim Place as the southern boundary. I am basing this section from the original redevelopment mapping. For some it is considered to be Brighton Avenue to Cedar Avenue within walking distance of houses of worship
In this section you will find a
great combination of condos, which are directly on the beach, across from the
boardwalk and ocean as well as townhomes that are on the west side of ocean
avenue. Again heading south from Bath Ave you will see the
