Long Branch Communities
I have separated the different areas for ease of searching
and also how we reference them in Long Branch on a day to day basis with the
exception of Mid Ocean Ave. I did that to break up Ocean Ave. into sections.
Most high rise and mid rise condo building are along Ocean Ave. A
few are right on the beach side of Ocean Ave. You also have townhomes which are
on Ocean Ave and again a very few are on the beachside such as the Villas at
Harborside, the Bluffs at Beachfront North, Presidential Village, Dunes of Long
Branch and not to be confused with Sea Dunes which is literally built on the
beach. The other townhomes are on the other side or on the west side of Ocean
avenue and to name a few of the newer townhome complex are Excelsior Al Mare,
Newport, and Providence place
